Peach is a warm, very light coral, and treating it as 'orange plus a lot of white' usually turns it chalky. A better route is a small amount of warm red-orange with white and a touch of yellow, added in that order, so the undertone stays warm instead of drifting pink. If your peach keeps reading as pink rather than peach, you likely need more yellow, not less red.
